By accessing, browsing, or placing orders on this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.
These terms are legally binding and apply to all users, including individual buyers, brand owners, resellers, and dropshipping partners.

2. Scope of Services
We offer:
Print-on-Demand (POD): Products are printed after the order is placed, based on the design, size, color, and placement details shared.
Custom Printing Services: For individuals, brands, or corporate events with specific artwork or requirements.
Dropshipping Fulfillment: We handle manufacturing, branding (if required), packaging, and direct dispatch to your customers.
All products are made-to-order. We do not keep ready stock of printed products.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing
All orders must be placed through official order channels (website, approved sheets, or backend panels).
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if production has started.
Our processing time is typically 48–72 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Bulk and custom orders may require more time depending on quantity and complexity.
In case of stockouts for a specific variant, we will reach out to you for substitution or delay confirmation.
4. Design Responsibility
Clients must ensure that the designs uploaded or submitted are correct, high-resolution, and free from third-party copyright issues.
We will print exactly as per the file and details shared.
We do not take responsibility for spelling mistakes, low-resolution designs, wrong placements, or incorrect print areas provided by the client.
5. Quality Control & Tolerance
We maintain strict quality checks. However, a ±5% tolerance in print placement, shade variation, and garment sizing is industry standard and not considered a defect.
Minor shrinkage or color fading after multiple washes is normal for cotton-based garments.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Since all items are custom-made:
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or color perception differences.
Replacements are offered only in the following cases:
Wrong item/size sent compared to the order placed
Manufacturing defect
Major misprint caused by our team
To request a replacement:
Raise the issue within 3 working days of delivery
Provide photos/video proof showing the issue clearly
Return the unused product if requested
We reserve the right to deny returns/replacements if the product has been used or washed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We use third-party courier partners for deliveries.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, or force majeure.
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Incorrect address or contact details provided
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner
Clients are responsible for tracking links and ensuring correct order data.
8. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be added at checkout or invoicing.
For B2B clients, valid GST details must be shared in advance for invoice generation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website including images, logos, designs, and text is owned by or licensed to BienesMart (Inkbuz Apparel LLP).
No material may be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
Designs submitted by clients remain their intellectual property. We do not claim rights over client-provided artwork.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product ordered.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including customer dissatisfaction, resale issues, or marketplace penalties.
11. External Platform Sales
If you are selling our products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) or your own website:
You are responsible for listing accuracy, delivery timelines shown to your customers, and handling end-customer queries.
Inkbuz (BienesMart) is a backend production partner, not liable for issues caused by incorrect seller communication or external platform policies.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruppur, Tamilnadu.
