We built the fulfillment partner Indian sellers actually needed.
Inkbuz started because print-on-demand in India was unreliable, expensive, and hard to trust. We fixed that — built from Tirupur, run by people who sold on Amazon before they ever owned a press.
From Amazon sellers to fulfillment partner.
We didn’t start as a printing company. We started as sellers — and the same pain points every Indian D2C seller hits is what pushed us to build Inkbuz.
Started selling on Amazon as BienesMart
Launched our first D2C store on Amazon India — custom phone cases and apparel. Handled design, sourcing, and fulfillment ourselves. Within 18 months, we crossed ?17 lakhs in B2C revenue selling to 8,000+ customers.
The problem became the product
Running BienesMart meant dealing with unreliable printers daily — 5-day dispatch promises that took 12, inconsistent quality, no communication. We started handling our own print production in Tirupur. That’s when Inkbuz was born.
First external sellers onboarded
Other Amazon and Meesho sellers noticed our dispatch speed and started asking us to fulfill for them. Built the Google Sheets order workflow that still handles 1,000+ orders/month today.
Expanded catalog + DTF printing
Added mugs, phone cases, hoodies, and accessories. Onboarded 20+ brands. Moved to a dedicated print facility with DTF and sublimation capabilities. Added quality-check and dispatch team.
Tirupur manufacturing roots deepened
Locked in partnerships with local stitching units and fabric suppliers. Launched acid wash oversized tees — now one of our top sellers. Started international shipping to first markets outside India.
Building the dropship merchant panel
15,000+ products shipped. Our tech team is building a full POD dropship merchant panel — a dedicated ERP for Indian sellers to manage orders, track dispatch, and scale without spreadsheets.
What Inkbuz actually does.
We print.
Custom designs on t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, phone cases, and accessories using DTF, sublimation, and UV print methods — sourced and produced from Tirupur.
We fulfill.
Pack and dispatch every order within 1 business day. Pan-India shipping via Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees. International shipping now live.
You sell.
List on Meesho, Amazon, Shopify, or your own store. Share order details. We handle print, pack, ship. You keep the margin and scale on your terms.
How we run things.
Specific commitments, not slogans. These are the rules we hold every order to.
Dispatch is non-negotiable.
1-day dispatch isn’t a marketing claim. It’s the baseline we hold every order to. If we miss it, we own it and tell you why — same day.
We don’t overpromise.
Our dropship merchant panel is still in development. We say so clearly. Our Sheets workflow handles everything in the meantime — and it works reliably at scale.
Pricing is transparent.
Base price includes print. Shipping is separate. No setup fees, no surprise margin grabs. The number we quote is the number you pay.
We grow when you grow.
Our model only works when sellers make money. That keeps us honest about pricing, transparent on timelines, and invested in your long-term retention.
Why India needed a POD partner like Inkbuz.
POD in India lacked reliability.
Most vendors quoted “3–5 day dispatch” and shipped in 10. We built around a 1-day SLA and made it our default — because Meesho and Amazon sellers can’t afford TAT penalties.
Minimum orders blocked new sellers.
Wholesale printers want 50–100 piece commits. We took on the inventory risk ourselves so you can list and test a single design without spending a rupee upfront.
No tool built for Indian POD sellers.
Every POD ERP tool is built for the US or EU market. We’re building the dropship merchant panel specifically for Indian sellers — GST-ready, Meesho-compatible, built in Tirupur.
