At Inkbuz (BienesMart), we aim to deliver high-quality custom products. Since most of our items are made-to-order or personalized, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


 

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are printed/customized on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged before transit

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product received (size/design mistake from our side)

Please note: We do not accept returns for customer errors, such as:

  • Wrong size or color selected during checkout

  • Uploading incorrect design files

  • Spelling/design mistakes in user-submitted files


 

Replacement Conditions

You may request a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival

  • There’s a printing error that differs from your submitted design

  • You received the wrong product


 

Return Process (If Applicable)

If your order meets the replacement conditions:

  1. Email us at hello@inkbuz.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product

  3. Our support team will verify and assist you within 1-2 working days

If approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement at no extra cost to you/your customer within 2-3 days and it will be delivered in 3-7 days.

  • Or issue a refund to your original payment method


 

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days and the amount will be credited to your bank account in 3-4 business days.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time to reflect in your account


 

Important Notes

  • Return shipping is not required unless we specifically ask for it

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if the issue is not reported within the stated time frame or if the product has been used
