Print methods

Method matched to the material.

We do not run one press for everything. The method is chosen by fabric, quantity and how the print needs to wear.

Qty10 to 100

DTF, direct to film

Full-colour transfer pressed onto the garment. Handles photographs, gradients and dark or acid-washed fabric without a colour limit.

Best for: small runs, multi-colour art, oversized and washed tees

Qty100+

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a screen per colour. Setup cost is fixed per colour, so the per-piece price keeps falling as quantity rises.

Best for: bulk runs, 1 to 3 flat colours, softest hand-feel

QtyFrom 1

Sublimation and UV

Sublimation for mugs, coasters and mouse pads. UV for phone cases. Printed on stocked blanks, so there is no minimum.

Best for: accessories, gifting add-ons, sample kits

Plain, no printBlank Tirupur garments in 6 core colours, S to 3XL, mixed sizes allowed inside the same 10 pieces. Priced below the printed rate. For brands that print or embroider in-house.

Printed with your designUpload artwork while ordering. DTF up to 100 pieces, screen print above it. One design per 10-piece minimum, front and back priced separately.

Neck label and care tag replacement is available on runs of 100 pieces or more.
